Harniac, AdeptiCon Oracle, Feudal Lord, Journey Rat and former political hack. Playing, organizing and expanding all sorts of gaming in the Midwest for 25 years. Focus and interest for the past ten years has been on miniature wargaming. Husband of Dianne and father to sons Liam, Ethan and Cedric.

Dave Pauwels is a long time miniature painter, hobbyist and amateur Etruscologist. A 9-time Golden Demon winner and avid Warhammer Ancients player, Dave’s current projects include a 28mm Carthaginian army, a 15mm Italian Flames of War army and a 28mm Marlburian British line battalion. Dave lives with his Cylon wife on New Caprica.

A long time member of Iron Crown’s Crown Guard and co-founder of AdeptiCon and Adeptus Windy City, Matthias’ current projects include a 15mm Soviet Flames of War army, a long running HARP campaign, an Ash Wastes Nomads gang for Necromunda, finding people to play Epic with and writing a series of Call of Cthulhu adventures. Matthias lives above his gaming basement with his wife Erin, and their two canines – Ithaqua and Draugluin.

Kane’s main passions in life are DIY punk rock and gaming. He sees a crossover in the ideals of both when they are created by and for the people that engage them. His current projects include a miniature skirmish game system, a series of long running Call of Cthulhu campaigns and a number of adventures for Gorgon Publishing. When not gaming, he sings in the hardcore punk band Stations, works with various activist groups, writes a comic, and lives in a moon bounce with a rotating cast of rats in Philadelphia.

A veteran miniature hobbyist of nearly 20 years, Jamie has painted everything from Space Marines to Republican Romans. His painting skills haven earned him 7 Golden Demon awards and several Best Appearance awards over the years. Jamie’s current projects include the Gorgon Studios Spartan army, an Eastern Front German force for Flames of War, a Haradrim force for Lord of the Rings and additions to his Republican Romans (just to name a few). Jamie lives at Bag End with his wife and two children.

Steve Saleh is a sculptor and quasi-paranoic-control-monkey. He has worked for all of the big miniatures companies, up until the point he gets found out. He bears several grudges for past slights, real and imagined, and fantasizes constantly about serving a cold dish of revenge to his enemies (you know who you are). He doesn’t realize that his boyish good looks deserted him long ago, or that he is filled with complex personality disorders. He has an unhealthy fascination for Moorcock and Hawkwind and is a world-renowned expert on Middle-earth shield designs.
